1850's Large American Old Paris porcelain cup

This is a very interesting rare large painted porcelain cup. I believe it was made in America in the New York City area or was made in France and decorated in America. This cup is hand painted with ships and sail boats. There are people on the ship in the middle caching fish and a sail boat on ether side with a beautiful sky and water. Over the boat in a banner in gold gilt is Forget me not. I have another cup for sale like this in the same form with a political portrait painted on. The porcelain body of the cup and saucer is very heavy. The cup is painted with a political Satire portrait of a man surrounded with Rococo Revival gold gilt scrolls with a big gold band inside of the cup. Measurements:Saucer 6" 1/2. Cup height 4" inches by 5" wide
