1850 N-26 R5- MS64. Highly lustrous bluish light steel brown with a third of the mint red remaining, mostly on the reverse. There is a very faint vertical hairline scuff in the field before the face and a small spot of slightly darker toning over star 10. E-MDS, die state a late. The die line over UN reaches to above the left edge of the right top of that N. An attractive cent, tied for finest known honors in the Grellman census. Removed from an NGC slab graded MS66RB (NGC label included). DWH #2240.
