1850 N-13 R3+ PCGS graded MS63 BrownFrosty light to medium brown. Satiny mint luster covers the fields and protected areas on both sides. This cent looks mint state but there is a hint of friction on the highpoints. The only notable marks are a few tiny ticks on the cheek, a small spot of slightly darker olive brown toning (not carbon) over star 2, and another on the right side of the second A in AMERICA. E-MDS, die state b early. The dash left of the 8 is clear, the field outside the wreath is starting to rise around the legend, and a few fine die cracks have formed on the reverse. Our grade is AU55, tied for CC#9 in the Grellman census. The attribution and Iskra Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label.Certificate Number: 405892.63/81174552Pedigree: Ex Thomas D.
