<B>1849 25C MS63 NGC.</B></I> Briggs 2-A. Stars 10 to 13 show heavy recutting, and the reverse is of the "Compass Point" variety, having a circular incomplete area within the first set of vertical lines at horizontal line juncture. The 1849 is rare in Uncirculated, for which Larry Briggs (1981) assigns an R.5 rarity rating. Golden-tan patina shows blushes of lavender. Generally well struck, with nice luster and minimal marks.
