<B>1847/6 50C AU55 PCGS.</B></I> FS-301, formerly FS-004, WB-102. An infrequently offered and perpetually in-demand variant that combines elements of the overdate and the blundered date. On this unusually high-end specimen, one can observe not only the bottom right curve of a 6, but also the base of a 4 and even a fragment from the base of a 1, all below the main date. This briefly circulated silver-white coin has largely intact luster with only a touch of wear and faint, scattered abrasions. The central devices show solid definition, though the stars closest to Liberty's head show a degree of softness.
