<B>1847 1/2 C Original PR64 Brown PCGS.</B></I> B-1, R.6. Medium date; Large berries. The obverse has a moderate-sized date, larger than in previous years yet considerably smaller than 1848. The wide obverse border has distinctive concentric lathe lines, seen also on the Restrikes of this date, but not seen on any other obverse dies in the Proof-only series. Sharply struck and free of troublesome hairlines or contact marks. Mostly sea-green and purple-rose on each side. EAC PR60.
