Autograph Letter Signed, “Henry Stanton Ast. Qtr Mast. Sergt.” in brown ink on one-page, 9.5” x 8” sheet of paper, addressed to Capt. E.S. Fayssoue at the U.S. Arsenal:

“Sir, The Garrison Flags making by Sarah Downey & those that will be made to complete the arsenal supply, are to be all 35 feet fly. These are in future to be issued to the Army on the requisitions from the office.
