<B>1843 $1 MS63 PCGS.</B></I> The 1843 dollar, with a mintage of 165,100 business strikes, is common in circulated grades, but is tougher to acquire in Mint State, especially the higher levels of Uncirculated. Medium gray toning is imbued with wisps of cobalt-blue, and a well executed strike sharpens the design features of this MS63 specimen. A few minor handling marks limit the grade.
