<B>1840-O 25C Drapery MS63 PCGS.</B></I> Briggs 2-C. The mintmark position and lower reverse die cracks are distinctive on this variety. Most of the 2-C coins are from the Meridien Hotel Hoard found in New Orleans in the early 1980s. This particular piece shows excellent mint luster and is well struck except on the left (facing) leg of the eagle. Gray-golden toning is seen over each side.
