<B>1838 10C Large Stars MS66 NGC.</B></I> The short-lived No Drapery subtype, which is also recognized by a tilted shield, was produced only from 1838 through 1840. Although minted nearly 17 decades ago, collectors are fortunate to be able to locate an Uncirculated survivor without too much difficulty. The acquisition of a Premium Gem from the inaugural year of production, of course, is quite a different story. This richly toned example, like most seen, is struck with pinpoint sharpness.
