<B>1837 R.E. Russell, New York, NY, AU58 NGC.</B></I> Low-128, HT-309, German silver. A smooth and well struck cream-gray example with minor friction on the eagle's high relief body. The obverse die is the same as the Breen 6-I variant of the Low-120, HT-268 Feuchtwanger cent. According to Robert Lindesmith, Breen 6-I may be a Civil War issue, since the common variety was not listed by Bushnell in 1858 or Cogan in 1859.
