1837 N-14 R2 PCGS graded MS65RB. PCGS graded MS-65 Red & Brown. Plain Hair Cord with Medium Letters. Lustrous mint red fading to bluish steel brown, nearly half the subdued red remaining, mostly on the obverse. There are a few small spots of darker bluish steel toning, including one close under star 10 and another at the upper berry left of the O in ONE, plus a thin scuff off the bust tip. MDS with fine die flowlines covering the fields. Called MS65 and CC#1 in the Bland census. Noyes says MS63 and tied for CC#1, his photo #21701. Our grade is MS64. PCGS Population 1; none finer.
