Satiny and quite attractive, a couple small spots of reddish brown toning at the bottom of the wreath ribbon and another inside the bottom of the first S in STATES the only marks. M-LDS with flowlines covering the fields on both sides. Called MS63 and tied for CC#1 in the Noyes census, his photo #35896. Bland says MS60+ and tied for CC#4. Our grade is MS63.
