<B>1837 H10C Small Date (Flat Top 1) MS65 NGC.</B></I> The "Small Date" has a thick flat flag on the 1 in the date. Well struck and untoned, with clean surfaces that have a pleasing satiny sheen across both sides. The reverse is rotated clockwise from the obverse by about twenty degrees.
