<B>1837 H10C No Stars, Large Date (Curl Top 1) MS67 NGC.</B></I> Beautiful golden-brown toning fills the fields and devices. Freckles of sea-green adorn the margins. A gorgeous Superb Gem that looks as if it was somehow put away in a Wayte Raymond album at the time of issue. Razor-sharp except for blending on the left-side denticles. A late obverse die state that features a lengthy crack through the seated Liberty. The Large Date and Small Date are actually similar in size, but the logotype styles are completely different. For example, the 1 has a curl top on the Large Date, but has a flat peak on the Small Date. The Large Date has a script 8, and the Small Date has a block 8.
