<B>1837<H10C> Large Date (Curl Top 1) MS65 NGC.</B></I> V-3. This delicately patinated tan-gray Gem would make a lovely addition to any high grade collection. The splendidly smooth surfaces exhibit cartwheel visual effects. The strike is intricate on the devices, although the left side dentils show minor blending. The date is slanted rather than running straight across, with a curl-top 1 in the date. A small die crack runs from the rim down through the Liberty cap. The reverse has thin lettering and a thin die crack from the last A in AMERICA to the rim.
