<B>(1837-42) G$1 C. Bechtler Dollar, N Reversed AU58 NGC.</B></I> K-4, R.4. The blundered reverse legend uses inverted Vs in place of As, and the N in ONE is reversed and cut over the diagonal trace of an additional letter. Scarcer than the often-seen K-24 Bechtler gold dollar. A green-gold representative with smooth surfaces save for a mint-made lamination through the L in BECHTLER.
