<B>(1837-42) G$1 C. Bechtler Dollar, N Reversed MS62 NGC.</B></I> K-4, R.4. A pleasing and highly attractive example of this popular and memorable Bechtler variety. Recessed areas are canary-gold, while the fields are sky-gray and pale orange. Abrasions are primarily trivial, the sole exception is a brief, thin mark between the CA in CAROLINA. A minor and mostly retained lamination (as produced) passes across the R in CAROLINA. Listed on page 349 of the 2008 <I>Guide Book</B></I>.
