<B>(1837-42) $5 C. Bechtler Five Dollar, 134G, With Star MS61 PCGS.</B></I> K-20, R.4. Kagin-20 is among the more available Bechtler five dollar varieties, but many survivors are impaired or have laminations. This smooth green-gold piece has a few faint marks on each side, but none are worthy of singular mention, even for pedigree purposes. As are all Bechtler fives, K-20 is rare in Mint State. PCGS has certified only three pieces above the AU58 level, and none have been graded higher than MS61 by either PCGS or NGC (3/07). A relevant opportunity for the pioneer gold collector. The dies are rotated 90 degrees.
