<B>1836 50C Reeded Edge VF30 PCGS.</B></I> The low business strike mintage of 1,200 pieces for the 1836 Reeded Edge has long fascinated collectors. Perhaps as many as 400 examples have survived, primarily in VF to AU grades. This attractively detailed first year type coin displays subdued powder-blue and tan-gold surfaces. A thin, faint mark is noted above the eagle's head.
