<B>1836<$2 1/2> Block 8 MS62 PCGS.</B></I> McCloskey-C, Head of 1837, Breen-6144, R.2. Among the most plentiful of 1836 Classic Head quarter eagle varieties. Both sides are fully brilliant and lustrous with lovely green-gold color. A few wispy hairlines keep it from a higher grade. The central obverse exhibits a slight weakening of the design features, but all other elements are boldly rendered. Population: 10 in 62, 21 finer (9/06).
