Moderately toned and foxed with old fold creases, else very good condition.<BR><BR>A legal opinion from the 1833 November term of the U. S. Circuit Court at Boston, Judge Story presiding. The case involves a breach of patent suit initiated by John Ames against two men who utilized a similar element of his patent for making paper. The document includes the judge's transcribed instructions to the jury, laying out the specifics of the case and the relevant factors they should use in deciding the case.
