Half Dimes 1832 PCGS graded Mint State 65. <b>In an early PCGS holder, this coin is a full-fledged gem that exhibits frosty mint bloom. The luster is everywhere, high points to open areas, topping the letters and stars, covering Liberty's cheek, shoulder and hair. There is minor lack of definition on one hair curl at the brow. This lies opposite a high point of the reverse, the eagle's wing where it attaches to the shield, which is also slightly less than full strike. Peripheral areas such as stars and legends are, however, sharply struck, very sharp indeed. A splendid looking, gem uncirculated half dime from the 1830s. The coin's designer was none other than William Kneass. All Bust Half Dimes, 1829-37 were coined at the Philadelphia Mint.
