<B>1831 50C MS66 NGC.</B></I> O-108, R.1. Star 13 nearly touches the curl and the 3 in the date is lower than the 181. The 1s have tiny serifs at the top. The 5 in the denomination is higher than the 0, and the 5 has a straight flag and an open loop. The bottom of D in UNITED is lower than the E.
