Lustrous bluish steel and light chocolate brown with 15-20% of the slightly faded mint color remaining on the obverse, but only traces of faded mint color are showing through on the reverse. A small, dull nick on the jawline near the earlobe, an extremely thin diagonal nick right of star 2, and a short horizontal hairline under star 12 are the only marks on an otherwise flawless cent. Excellent eye appeal. Latest die state with rim cud breaks from star 4 to star 7. Called MS65 choice and tied for CC#1 in the Noyes census, his photo #21163. Our grade is MS63.
