William Day, Master or Commander of the Brig <I>Express,</B></I> swears that the cargo listed on this document is a "...full, just, and true account of all the Goods, Wares, or Merchandize sic , now being actually laden on board the said vessel..." bound from Philadelphia to Europe. Merchandise being shipped includes coffee, brown sugar, flour, and tobacco. Good condition with general edge tattering and some splitting at folds.
