<B>1824 1C MS63 Brown NGC.</B></I> N-4, High R.2. Die state D. The satiny luster rolls undisturbed across the olive, steel-blue, and chocolate-brown surfaces. The obverse stars are not fully struck, but the legends and major devices are sharp. Faint discoloration is noted near obverse stars 5, 6, 12, and 13.
