<B>1823 50C MS64 NGC.</B></I> O-111, R.2. This obverse has the 23 in the date larger than the 18. A small dot in the T of LIBERTY, in the left serif, aids in the attribution. On the reverse, the last A in AMERICA and the top arrowhead are close. Golden-gray center toning yields to peripheral cobalt-blue and lavender, and an attentive strike leaves sharp definition on most of the design elements.
