<B>1823 1C Restrike MS65 Brown NGC.</B></I> An impressive piece with exceptional quality and also a late die state, representing the terminal state of the dies. We know this because the original dies for the 1823 Restrike still exist, and are on loan to the ANA Museum from the Jules Reiver family. Both sides have reflective chocolate surfaces with hints of original red. A delightful example.
