<B>1819 1C Small Date MS63 Brown NGC.</B></I> N-9, R.1. The N-9 is considered a minor part of the Randall Hoard, accounting for enough Mint State pieces that any variety specialist can own one. Lovely chocolate brown surfaces are graced by hints of mellow mint red, especially on the obverse. Both sides are fully lustrous, and the central design motifs are bold. The stars on the obverse and legend on the reverse show some weakness, as almost always encountered.
