1817 N-8 R2 PCGS graded MS63 Brown
Lustrous medium steel brown with underlying golden tan faded down from mint color on the obverse. The only marks are two small puffs of darker chocolate toning in the field at star 11, another at the top of the head, and a speck of similar toning midway between the end of the nose and star 4. The reverse is flawless. EDS with clearly defined dentils. Our grade is MS60+. The attribution and COL Ellsworth Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS Gold Shield label.
