1817<50C> MS64 PCGS. O-106a, R.4. Concentric bands of forest-green, gold, rose-red, and powder-blue endow this satiny and impressively struck near-Gem. Marks are surprisingly minimal, even for the MS64 level. O-106 and O-106a are known for a curious engraving line above the cap, referred to as a "comet" by noted specialist Glenn Peterson.
