1813 S-292 R-2 PCGS AU58 CACChoice frosty medium steel brown and chocolate. Looks mint state but there is a touch of friction on the highest points. The only marks are a pair of tiny pin pricks over the 13 in the date, a tiny tick on the end of the nose, and a thin nick in the field over the front edge of the head. MDS, Breen state III, with delicately flowlined fields and dull die clashmarks on both sides. Extensive doubling shows on ONE CENT, and some letters display triple outlines from die bounce. Struck slightly off center to K-4.5. Our grade is AU50+, very close to AU55. Noyes photo #20487. CAC certified.Certificate Number: 36511.58/38195110Pedigree: Ex; T. Werner-George Ramont-William C.
