1811/10 S-286 R3 Overdate 11 over 10, PCGS graded XF45Glossy medium brown and light chocolate with mint frost in protected areas on the reverse. Smooth with light wear and excellent eye appeal. Just minor marks including a small nick off the chin, a puff of slightly darker reddish chocolate toning (not roughness) between star 2 and the throat, and a thin horizontal nick under the end of the wreath ribbon. MDS, Breen state II, with light die clashmarks on the reverse. Graded VF35 net VF30 and tied for CC#12 in the Noyes census. Our grade is VF30+. The overdate feature is bold. AUCTION TERMS OF SALE
1. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. In case of dispute the auctioneer may at his sole discretion reopen a lot. In all cases the auctioneer’s decision shall be final and binding on bidders.
2. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse to honor any bid which, at his sole discretion, he feels is not submitted in good faith. The auctioneer may withdraw any lot, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.
3. All sales are payable in U. S. funds immediately upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made prior to the sale. Lots will not be released to buyers until paid for in full. Lots delivered in state of sale are subject to all applicable state and local taxes unless appropriate permits are on file with us.
4. Postage will be added to the invoice of all successful mail bidders.
5. A 20% buyer’s fee will be added to all invoices.
6. Please keep in mind this is not an approval sale. All sales are considered final. Sales to the floor may not be returned for any reason save authenticity. Sales to mail bidders are final unless lot proves to have been mis-described.
7. Lots will be available for viewing during the Houston Money Show bourse hours January 17, 2020 and by appointment.

Lots will open at one increment above second highest mail/phone bidder.
