Perhaps the best diagnostic is that star 9 points to the space <I>between</B></I> denticles on C-2. Dark surfaces reveal even, moderate porosity. All of the design elements are quite clear, with the reverse somewhat stronger. Really not all that bad for a coin labeled "Corroded."
