1810 Set of Palmer English Flintlock Pistols. Herein is a magnificent set of English Flintlock Belt Pistols made by William Palmer, Rochester, Kent, Circa: 1810-1820. This set represents the finest example of the English gun makers' craft. Condition of the set is obviously untouched and mint as reflected by the photographs. They have a later improvement to the flintlock ignition system such as the water proof pans. The belt hook on the side mounting indicates serious intent to carry. An absolutely rare opportunity to invest in one of the finest historical flintlock sets to surface in years. The provenance of this set is a highly respected family estate from Philadelphia.
