1810<50C> MS60--Obverse Graffiti--NCS. Unc. Details. O-102a, R.2. A bold die crack extends in both directions from the date, running around the rim to between stars six and seven, and between stars 12 and 13. On the reverse, a thin crack encircles most of the coin, running clockwise from the lowest arrowhead to AM in AMERICA. Even though this coin has some smoothed-out graffiti in the left (facing) obverse field, it is a lovely coin. The lustrous surfaces are toned in varying shades of blue, orange, and copper. The strike is soft on the eagle's left wing, but the claws and the right wing are sharp. Liberty's chin and neck are weak, but the star centrils are full. Both dies are moderately eroded. Examination with a glass reveals a couple of scrapes on Liberty's cheek. Envelope Included.
