<B>1807/6 1C Large 7 MS62 Brown NGC.</B></I> S-273, B-3, R.1. Breen Die State IV. Medium to dark brown surfaces with much underlying glossiness on the obverse. A hint of swelling behind Liberty's lower curls and a thin rim break on the corresponding area of the reverse, roughly above the STA of STATES, identifies this more plentiful die state. The Large 7 overdate from this year has always been a popular issue because almost no effort was made to efface the underdigit. Easily located in circulated grades, only at the Mint State level does the 1807/6 Large 7 cent become difficult to obtain. EAC 50.
