1807 10C MS61 PCGS. JR-1, R.2. A comparatively high 165,000 pieces were produced of this final year Draped Bust issue. Incredibly, all were struck from a single pair of dies. This glossy silver-gray representative was likely minted near the middle of the production run, as there is expected weakness on the left obverse stars, moderate to heavy obverse die clashing, and a bit of swelling by stars 12 and 13. The reverse fared better in terms of strike, with the central devices well executed and only minor weakness about the periphery. An affordable Mint State representative of a nearly 200 year-old silver type coin.
From The Park Cities Collection.

Shipping: Coin/Currency (view shipping information)
