<B>1806 $5 Round Top 6, 7x6 Stars MS62 PCGS.</B></I> Breen-6448, BD-6, R.2. Half eagles of 1806 have either pointed or knobbed 6's. The former coins have 8 x 5 obverse stars (estimated mintage of 9,676 pieces), and the latter display a 7 x 6 star arrangement (estimated 44,741 pieces). This MS62 Round Top five dollar exhibits rich peach-gold color, and the most potent luster in the areas around the design elements. Generally well struck, though there is a touch of softness in the upper left shield area and adjacent feathers. The reverse is rotated a few degrees.
