This ebony-brown representative is consistently but mildly granular. All legends are bold, aside from slight softness on STATES OF. No abrasions are sufficiently consequential to merit mention. The dies are intermediate state, with a cud over RTY, but only a faint die crack atop MERI. EAC 10.
