<B>1804 1/2 C Spiked Chin MS63 Brown NGC.</B></I> C-8, B-7, R.1. Manley Die State 3.0. The obverse has a die crack through the top of LIBERTY and the ever-present reverse crack connects the R of AMERICA to the rim above. Mottled medium and dark brown over luster on the obverse, the reverse more even and lighter tan to brown. The strike is average for the issue, as minor weakness is found on Liberty's uppermost curls. Abundant eye appeal for the collector, and a popular variety that shows the curious feature of the "Spiked Chin" obverse. EAC 60.
