<B>1804 1/2 C Spiked Chin MS61 Brown NGC. </B></I> C-8, B-7, R.1. Close fraction, ridge at R. Die State IV. A scarce die state with the die over L now sinking to form a retained cud from the crack at the top of that letter. Advanced die state collectors will recognize this as an extremely important opportunity to acquire a high quality example. Subdued medium brown surfaces display limited cartwheel luster on either side. All of the design features are boldly defined, including the drapery lines on the obverse, and much of the leaf details on the reverse. A couple of minor corrosion spots are visible only with careful examination.
