<B>1803 S$1 Large 3--Cleaned--ANACS. XF40 Details.</B></I> B-6, BB-255, R.2. Like many (most) early 19th century silver coins, this is the victim of an old cleaning, but it has retoned nicely in deep hues of pinkish-gray, with steel-blue near the rims. Considerable luster remains in evidence underneath, and the ANACS details assessment is close to the mark.
