<B>1802 1C VF30 PCGS.</B></I> S-234, B-14, High R.3. This is an intermediate die state with a narrow rim break above the B only. Later die states, such as the next lot, have much of LIBERTY covered by a rim break. Heavy obverse clash marks, including behind much of LIBERTY, the obvious source of the later die failure.
