<B>1802/1 $1 Wide Date VF35 NGC.</B></I> B-3, BB-234, R.3. Bowers-Borckardt Die State III. The large die lump near obverse star 8 is diagnostic for this 1802/1 variety. Considerable luster clings to design recesses, although Liberty's cheek and shoulder exhibit wear. Uncommonly free from marks.
