<B>1801 $10 MS61 NGC.</B></I> Breen-6843, Taraszka-25, BD-2, R.2. Star 1 is further from the lowest hair curl than on the Taraszka-24, BD-1 variety, where it is quite close. On the BD-2, however, star 13 is very nearly touching the tip of the bust. On the reverse the upper beak nearly touches the star point below. This is the most available early eagle variety, and the BD-2 is much more common than the R.5 BD-1. The present piece shows the characteristic die spines in the Liberty cap, with considerable luster and no mentionable abrasions.
