<td width="100%">
This is a beautiful blue swirl satin art glass pitcher. Probably from the late 1800s to the Early 1900s. It has a round smooth pontil on the bottom and is about 6 1/2" tall and about 6" wide. The handle is clear satin glass in a reeded pattern and hand applied. It has an inside casing of white. On the top inside edge are two very very tiny chips. Otherwise in excellent condition. I bought this from a person I have been buying alot of pieces from in the last few months. All the items have been stored since the 1940s when his grandmother closed her antique shop in NJ and moved to Florida. It had never been unpacked or rewrapped until he brought it in in the original 1940s newspaper. Everything I have bought has been from the mid 1800s to early 1900s. Most of it mid to late 1800s. There is absolutely no doubt about this rare and wonderful piece.
