Amazing hand painted piece! So realistic you can see dew on the petals!

This is a gorgeous hand painted plate signed by artist in perfect condition. The roses on this plate look so real and fresh you can almost smell them! The plate is not marked by manufacturer but has the number 163 impressed into the bottom. I am unable to make out the artists name on the back of the plate as it's quite small. This plate has such sweet colors of pinks, whites, yellows, and greens. The glaze is a satin glaze with glossy areas of paint as well making the roses pop off the plate. Plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. This beauty is painted on a Limoges blank and the shape was identified in my book of Limoges Porcelain. Many American Painted Porcelain pieces of the past were done on Limoges blanks as they would ship the items to the USA and artistic women would paint them. Measures 8.25" across. So Shabby Chic!
