17th century German Morrian style black and white armor helmet retaining original ear flaps and leather strap. The helmet shows battle damage and repair to the point of the brim and an old armorer repair with some other small damage and breaks.The helmet is made in two pieces and shows fancy brass rosettes. There is a remnant of a armorer’s mark that may have been a tree. Absolutely genuine to the period and made about 1620 the 1670. Est.: $1250-$2500
